I've been a writer for such a long time I get tired just thinking about it.

I've written for clients like Honda, Microsoft, Intel, the Automobile Club, University of California Irvine, and many more. My work has appeared in The L.A. Times, Merage Magazine, CEO and others. I've been a ghost writer for Warner Bros. Publishing, and I've written middle grade novels for Mirrorstone/Wizards of the Coast under the pen name Kerry Daniel Roberts. I've got a Bachelor's degree in English from Loyola Marymount University.

You can find my current book, 12 Fun and Easy Plays for Middle Schoolers (Twenty-Third Publications)

What do I like writing most?
Let's put it this way. I like taking naps. I think you get to take lots of naps in heaven. In hell they make you write about taking naps. (In purgatory, you do endless loads of smelly laundry, but that's another story.)

I'm also really involved at St. Kilian Church in Mission Viejo, California, where I'm a catechist, confirmation group leader, and member of the parish pastoral council. My favorite grade is whatever grade I'm teaching now.

Of course, my most important job is parent to two boys. I'm also blessed with a wonderful husband who is the funniest, most brilliant writer I've ever met. We have two cats, Miss Kitty and Gunther. Gunther's favorite thing is watching SportsCenter. Miss Kitty's favorite thing is anything that doesn't involve Gunther.

Being an author is like being in charge of your own personal insane asylum.

There are two kinds of people: those who say to God, "Thy will be done," and those to whom God says, "All right, then, have it your way."
